Vessel Deliveries
Virginia Maritime Solutions' (VMS) premium Vessel Delivery Service provides select clients a professional delivery service from our experienced, courteous, non-smoking, and drug-free crew.
VMS takes pride in our safety record and performance. Whether you are transporting your yacht up or down the East Coast, or moving your center console across the Chesapeake Bay, VMS will ensure your vessel is expertly cared for. During the delivery we'll keep you updated with text and pictures, and maintain vessel logs; as desired.
Post Delivery Expectations:
VMS will provide a comprehensive report of the voyage, remove all trash, clean the vessel interior, and provide a exterior rinse and spot clean.
Information Needed for a Quote:
- Year, make, model, and general condition of the vessel.
- Pickup and drop off locations and desired timeframe.
- Cruising speed of the vessel (to determine travel time).
- Fuel capacity and fuel burn ratio.
Delivery Estimate. Pricing varies depending on location:
- 1x USCG Captain: $500-$700 per day
- 1x Mate: $200-$300 per day (not needed for smaller vessels)
- 1x Per Diem: $50 per day each man
- Fuel: Client Pays
- Lodging: Client Pays (Sleep aboard option available)
- Return Uber or Taxi: Client Pays

Note: 50% deposit due when scheduling; remainder paid upon arrival at destination.
