Qualifications:

• USCG 100-ton Master
• Electric Boat Captain 
• ASA 101-107, 114, International Proficiency Certificate
• National Safe Boating Council Instructor
• VA Boating Safety Instructor
• Retired Special Warfare Boat Operator (US Navy SWCC)
• CPR, First Aid, Firefighting
